**Early Check-in & Late Check-out** Whenever possible, we’re happy to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs. Please contact us a few days before your arrival to confirm availability. **Parking** There is ample parking in carport and driveway. Please do not park on lawn. **Insect Precautions:** We routinely treat the property for bugs and insects, but Florida's subtropical climate naturally supports various critters. To help minimize their presence, please keep doors closed whenever possible. **Propane Tanks** We provide multiple propane tanks for both grills. If all tanks are empty, guests will need to refill them, and we will gladly reimburse the cost of the refill. **Pool** We believe outdoor amenities are best enjoyed without a net enclosure, creating a more enjoyable experience. While the pool is professionally cleaned and vacuumed weekly, leaves from nearby trees may still occasionally drift into the water and settle at the bottom. **Location** Our home is perfectly situated in a vibrant area filled with shopping, dining, and family-friendly attractions. It’s located along the same thoroughfare as LEGOLAND Florida Resort, making it especially convenient for guests visiting the park. While the property is on a lively corridor, the house itself sits approximately 140 feet back from the road, offering added privacy. You may occasionally hear boats or jet skis out on the lake, which adds to the authentic waterfront experience. Once you’re on the property, you’ll find a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere with beautiful water views and private spaces designed for unwinding and enjoying your stay. The dock, beach, and firepit are just across a quiet dead-end drive that serves only a few homes. We want you to feel right at home, so please relax and enjoy your stay! If anything gets broken or damaged (no matter how small) just let us know. We understand these things happen, and a quick heads-up helps us keep the space in great shape for you and for future guests.
